- 3.5 floppy disk, 100mb zip disk, 1 GB jaz disk or CD-R,
CD-RW
- Macintosh or PC format

- Files should be sent to art@wilsoninternational.com
(please indicate job name and sales representative if possible
in your message).
- Files should be less than 2mb. Any files that are larger than
this should be sent on electronic media.
FILE FORMATS ACCEPTED
> vector (for spot colour graphics)
- Adobe Illustrator (editable EPS or native)
up to version 9, Macromedia Freehand (editable EPS or native)
up to version 9.
- Convert all fonts to outlines or include all fonts required
to print out file (both outline and bitmap fonts are required
when using postscript fonts).
- Include all placed or imported files used.
> bitmap (for photographs or illustrations)
- Adobe Photoshop (native, TIFF, JPEG or BMP).
- PLEASE DO NOT send Microsoft Word (.DOC) or Powerpoint (.PPT)
documents as we cannot work with these types of files.
- Keep in mind the desired output size and resolution of artwork
[the lower the resolution (pixels per inch) the rougher the artwork
will appear when printed].
- Bitmap files require more preparation than vector based files
and may incur additional art charges.
> HARDCOPY
TYPES ACCEPTED
> black & white
- Artwork should be actual size, have clean sharp edges with no
halftones or gray areas and be on 600dpi laser output or PMT paper.
> grayscale
- Artwork should be actual size and defined enough to be produced
either as a one colour halftone (depending on the amount of detail)
or using "index" grayscale separations.
> colour
- Artwork should be at actual size and defined enough to be produced
using process or index colour separations
(additional art charges may apply).
- Artwork not suitable to use as is can be submitted as a colour
or layout guide for artwork which requires reconstruction or creation
(additional art charges may apply).
> FILM SEPARATIONS
- Please inquire within before submitting.
> GENERAL INFO
- Where colour matching is required, artwork should be accompanied
by Pantone colour numbers.
- You will be informed if any submitted artwork (electronic or
hardcopy) is considered unusable as is and requires
full or part reconstruction as well as production time at additional
cost.
- If you are not sure about any of the above requirements, ask
to speak to an art department representative before submitting
any artwork.
- Inform your sales representative if you wish to have your artwork
returned.
- Wilson International is not responsible for any artwork damaged
or stolen due to unforeseen circumstances such as a fire or theft.
